Irvine, Calif. -- UC Irvine men's basketball player Mike Best has been named this week's Buffalo Wild Wings Anteater of the Week.

The senior forward from San Rafael, Calif. scored a career-high 22 points in UCI's 77-53 win over Loyola Marymount on Sunday. Best was 9 of 13 from the field and added a game-high eight rebounds as the 'Eaters improved to 2-0 on the season. Sunday's win came on the heels of an 89-73 victory over UC San Diego on Friday.

UC Irvine meets UCF in Orlando, Fla. for the first time Wednesday night. The game will be on ESPN3 at 4:00 p.m. (PT).
