BY THE NUMBERS

10 - The setter leads UCI with 13 service aces

53 - Saeta recorded a career-high 53 set assists against UC Santa Barbara last year. He is averaging 11.40 set assists over the first six matches this season.

14 - Saeta has 14 kills in just five matches this season which is the most by a setter since Chris Austin had 24 in 79 sets in 2012.

A CLOSER LOOK

Saeta has set the Anteaters to a 5-1 start, but has been leading student-athletes off the court as well. He is a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and received the UCI Athletics Leadership Award last year.  He is curently the Community Outreach Chair. The offensive minded setter is hitting .524 and is averaging 1.35 digs and 0.53 blocks per set.
