'Eaters Compete at 41st Stanford Invitational Saturday

IRVINE, Calif. --- The UC Irvine men's cross country team journeys north for the 41st Stanford Invitational Saturday morning.
The men's 8,000-meter race is scheduled to begin at 9:50 a.m. on the Stanford Golf Course.
UCI placed 10th at the Mustang Challenge in Santa Clarita last Saturday as senior Alex Tebbe led the 'Eaters with a 13th-place finish in the field of 166 competitors.

Following Saturday's action, UCI's next competition will be the Vanguard Invitational Oct. 11 at Fairview Park in Costa Mesa.
