Public Invited to Watch UC Irvine Host SADA Cruzeiro On September 27

Irvine, Calif. -- UC Irvine will host two international teams, SADA Cruzeiro from Brazil and Shanghi Tang Dynasty from China, in their fall exhibition schedule.
Weekday matches will be closed scrimmages, but Saturday, Sept. 27 will be open to the public as UCI will take on SADA at 1:00 p.m. in Crawford Court.
The match will be free, but please note a very large event at the Bren Center as well as a soccer tournament on Crawford Field will heavily impact parking. Parking on campus is $10.
SADA features, William, a top international setter, while the Anteaters return 11 letterwinners, including two-time All-American Michael Brinkley. Senior opposite Zack La Cavera led the team last season, averaging 3.47 kills per set and ranked 15th nationally in service aces with a 0.38 mark.
