EUGENE, Ore. --- UC Irvine's Lloyd Sicard finished eighth in the 110-meter hurdles final at the USA Track & Field Junior Championships in Eugene, Ore., Sunday

Sicard had a time of 13.90 as Kentucky's Nicholas Anderson won the race in 13.37 at Hayward Field.

Sicard, who will be a sophomore at UCI in the fall, was the 2014 Big West Conference Freshman of the Year in track and field.  He finished second in the 110 hurdles at the conference meet and was a qualifier for the NCAA West Preliminary Round.
