UC Irvine Slips on Second Day of Ka'anapali Classic

 

LAHAINA, Hawaii --- UC Irvine endured a rough day on the course Saturday as the Anteaters slipped to 12th place following the second round of the Ka'anapali Collegiate Classic at the Ka'anapali Golf Course.

The Anteaters shot 314 Saturday and have a 36-hole total of 592 entering Sunday's final round.

Oregon leads at 545, Georgia is second at 566 while Clemson and North Florida are tied for third place at 569.

Oregon's Jonathan Woo is the individual leader at 7-under 135 after shooting a 1-over 72 Saturday.

UCI's Jacob Schulze is in 28th place at 145 after a 76 in the second round, Bryan Shin is 40th at 147 following a 79, David Kim (78) is 50th at 150, Pete Fernandez (83) is 59th at 152 and Jonathan Young (81) is 62nd at 154.
