IRVINE, Calif. --- The Anteaters earned some recognition off the field this time with the inclusion of Bryan Breslin to the NSCAA All-Academic District 8 squad.
Breslin, a senior defender, posted a 3.36 GPA as an electrical engineering major, and was one of four defenders chosen for the squad along with Big West counterpart Brian Ford of UC Davis.

Breslin is the 10th Anteater to receive the honor, and first since Corey Attaway in 2010 scored the accolade for the second time. Attaway along with Saul Wolf in 2001 and David Szekeres in 1996 went on to make the Academic All-American squad.
Breslin and the 'Eaters are ranked No. 14 in the nation according to NSCAA with two matches remaining in the regular season starting with a trip to CSUN on Saturday, Nov. 1.
