Kaycee Holcomb Honored by Big West

IRVINE, Calif. --- UC Irvine junior Kaycee Holcomb has earned the Big West Conference's Athlete of the Week honor in women's cross country.
Holcomb finished sixth of 134 runners in last Saturday's adidas/UCI Invitational at the Anteater Recreation Center Fields.
She recorded a time of 18:39.9 over the 5,000-meter layout as UCI finished fourth of 13 teams.
The Anteaters compete at the Aztec Invitational in San Diego Sept. 21.
