Former UC Irvine golfer Selaneé Henderson Finishes Second in Big Break Atlantis

IRVINE, Calif. -- UC Irvine alum Selaneé Henderson finished second in the Golf Channel's Big Break Atlantis.

Henderson beat out 10 other contestants, but could not defeat Marcela Leon in the final round.

"It was great to see Selanee representing UC Irvine women's golf so proudly," UCI head women's golf coach Julie Brooks said. "Our program develops not only scholar-athletes, but professional athletes and Selanee is a great example of the work ethic and drive that is needed to succeed at the highest level."

"We are very proud of her and how well she did."
