Trio of Anteaters Earn All-Big West Distinction

Irvine, Calif. – UC Irvine women's golfers Lalita Patipaksiri and Michelle Yang were named to the All-Big West first team, while Michelle Park was a second team honoree.
Patipaksiri, a senior, had three top 10 finishes this year and led the Anteaters with a 75.17 scoring average. She had been named to the second team the previous two years.
Yang led the Anteaters at the Big West Championships with a season-best third place finish. The redshirt freshman was second on the team in scoring with a 76.04 average.
Park had her highest finish of third at the Anteater Invitational. This is the second consecutive second team accolade for the junior who ended the year with a 77.40 scoring average.
