BERNARD NAMED ESPN ZONE ANAHEIM ANTEATER OF THE WEEK

Irvine, Calif. -- UC Irvine women's basketball player Jasmine Bernard has been named this week's ESPN Zone Anaheim Anteater of the Week.

The junior forward from Rancho Cucamonga, helped lead the Anteaters over Cal State San Marcos, 66-32 in an exhibition contest at the Bren Center Tuesday, Oct. 30. Bernard posted a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.  Yesterday, Bernard posted a game-high 14 points and eight rebounds to lead UC Irvine to a victory over Concordia, 68-41 in the final exhibition game.
