Ants Versus 'Eaters Continues This Week

IRVINE, Calif. --- UC Irvine Baseball kicked off its annual Ants vs. 'Eaters intrasquad series yesterday at Anteater Ballpark. Captaining the Ants are seniors Ronnie Shaeffer and Crosby Slaught while the 'Eaters are helmed by seniors D.J. Crumlich and Nick Hoover.
The Ants captured the series opener 3-1. Game two continues Wednesday at with the series finale scheduled for Thursday. Both games begin at 2:30 p.m. and admission to the series is open and free to the general public.
