IRVINE, Calif. --- UC Irvine men's tennis had a big day with wins in 16 of 18 matches.

Here is a look at the UCI men's results:

In doubles action, UCI matched up with Concordia University, Irvine.

Fabian Matthews/Ryan Cheung defeated Hagemann/Santarelli, 8-3.

Jon Kazarian/Shuhei Shibahara and Jacob Jung/Eric Gast followed suit with wins, 8-6 and 8-1, respectively.

Sam Gould/Mika DeCoster were the only casualty falling, 8-6, to Mcnamara/Guler.

UCI singles had a fantastic day. Matthews won all four of his sets along with Gould.

Cheung, Jung, and Shibahara each went 2-0 dropping just one set on the day.

DeCoster swept his only match, while Gast was the only hiccup for the 'Eaters singles. He swept his first match, 6-1, 6-0, but couldn't come back against UCSD's Guy Giubalto, 3-6, 6-3, 1-6.
