Matt Neev Named ESPN Zone Anaheim Anteater Of The Week

Irvine, Calif. -- UC Irvine men's cross country runner Matt Neev has been named this week's ESPN Zone Anaheim Anteater of the Week.

The freshman from Laguna Beach finished 8^th at the Cal State Northridge Invitational this past Saturday with a time of 26:06.96. Neev led five UC Irvine runners in the top 15 which helped UCI secure the overall title of the invitational as well.

Men's cross country heads to the Cal State Fullerton Titan Invitational this Friday, and will gear up for the Big West Championships on October 29^th.
