IRVINE, Calif. --- UC Irvine Athletics has officially launched a redesigned digital home for Anteater fans. Part of this refreshed look is an enhanced experience on the ucirvinesports.com website and the UC Irvine Anteaters app, the official mobile app of UC Irvine Athletics, powered by SIDEARM Sports.
A key feature as part of this redesign will be the improved accessibility standards seen throughout the website to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards partnering with Level Access program to provide dedicated accessibility expertise, monitoring, and remediation support across the Anteater digital presence from keyboard navigation to alternative text, improved color contrast, video captioning, google custom search bar, and more.
Through the app, Eater Nation will enjoy a personalized mobile experience with the ability to manage tickets, shop for official UC Irvine merchandise, and receive breaking news and score notifications for the teams they follow.
