TICKET OFFICE POLICIES
Delivery Methods

Mail - Tickets will be mailed to the address provided during the transaction, unless otherwise noted. Tickets for orders received less than ten (10) business days prior to event date will be held at Will Call at the Stanford Ticket Office or at the venue where the event is being held.

Will Call - Tickets can be picked up at the Bren Events Center Ticket Office during regular business hours or at the event venue up to one (1) hour prior to the event time. Photo ID matching the name on the ticket order is required.
To transfer will call tickets or update the pick up name, written notification is required from the original purchaser at least 24 hours prior to the event.

Print at Home - The print at home ticket allows you to receive a digital/PDF copy of your ticket. You will receive two (2) emails ; a confirmation email and an email with your attached tickets. The email with the attached tickets will arrive 15-30 minutes after the confirmation email titled 'Your UCI Print at Home Tickets Have Arrived'. Each ticket is individually bar-coded and required for admission. You can print your e-tickets on any standard 8 1/2 x 11 paper (white paper is best) and bring it to the event.

Mobile- The mobile ticket is a smart phone ticket option that sends an optimized digital/PDF/Passbook copy of your ticket. You will receive two (2) emails ; a confirmation email and an email with your attached tickets. The email with the attached tickets will arrive 15-30 minutes after the confirmation email titled 'Your UCI Mobile Tickets Have Arrived'. Each ticket is individually bar-coded and required for admission. Please be sure to turn your screen brightness to the max level when presenting tickets on mobile devices.

Onsite check-in - Please present your email order confirmation and valid photo ID for check-in purposes. Please refer to the event's webpage/oder confirmation for any other additional information about the event.




Ticket Reprints

Reprints are available at the box office for lost or forgotten tickets. Only the original ticket holder/purchaser is eligible for the service and must present a photo ID for verification. Only unscanned, unused tickets will be reprinted. Service charges may apply.


Refunds/Exchanges

Tickets are
non-refundable, except in the case of a cancelled event.

Exchanges are available to select events and service charges may apply. Exchanges must be complete prior to original event date. Post-event exchanges are not permitted.

LOCATION

The Ticket Office is located at the intersection of Mesa Road and West Peltason Drive, outside the East Entrance of the Bren Events Center.

Fifteen minute courtesy parking is available on non-event days in the Bren Events Center turnaround for patrons making ticket purchases or ticket pick-ups.
