Position Descriptions
Usher/Guest Services
-- Customer service position focused on event guest support such as providing event information, greeting guests, scanning event tickets and ushering guest to seat locations.
-- Answer guest questions and resolve customer concerns.
-- Interact with wide range of guests and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Office/Guest Services
-- Customer service position focused on event support such as organizing event information, client assistance and administrative office support.
-- Monitor facility access during business and event hours.
-- Answer guest or client questions and resolve concerns.
-- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Operations Crew
-- Event set-up and tear down of event activity, such as stages, floor configurations, athletic practices and games.
-- Maintain facility cleanliness during and after events.
-- Able to work in a fast paced environment, lift heavy equipment and work in a team oriented setting.

Maintenance
-- Complete facility maintenance tasks including painting, repairs on facility fixtures and building structure.
-- Maintenance on facility equipment including tables, chairs, and sports equipment.
-- Must be flexible with assigned duties and be able to work independently on tasks.

Technical Services
-- Perform audio/visual set-up and tear down of all event activity.
-- Operate sound boards, light boards, video boards, and related equipment.
-- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and independently.
-- Must be able to work in a fast paced setting.

Ticketing Services
-- Customer service position focused on fulfilling ticketing transactions online, via phone, and at events.
-- Troubleshoot and resolve ticket related issues.
-- Provide campus and events information for guests.
-- Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
