IRVINE, Calif. -- Setter Nicole Feliciano earned her first Big West award, taking home Big West Freshman of the Week.

Feliciano averaged 7.44 set assists and 2.00 digs per set last week, helping UCI to a pair of wins at the Windy City Classic.

She had 25 set assists, seven digs, two kills and a block assist versus Chicago State before dishing eight assists and two digs in win over Jacksonville State.

Feliciano closed out the week one dig shy of her fourth career double-double, totaling 34 set assists and nine digs against Boston College.

The Anteaters face a tough week, traveling to the Cougar Challenge hosted by No. 13 Washington State. After facing the host Cougars, UCI battles No. 8 BYU ad Towson State.
