OFF THE TEE
UCI will round out the regular season competing at the Silicon Valley Showcase Monday and Tuesday (Apr. 10-11) at the Green Hills Country Club in Millbrae, Calif.

Teams will play 36 holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start both days.

UCI will start the tournament playing with Seattle U and Wyoming.

The tournament field includes Stanford, Pepperdine, Gonzaga, Long Beach State, Nevada, Seattle U, Wyoming, San Francisco and host Santa Clara.

Megan Yang, Charlotte Ryoo, Kiana Briggs, Jasmine Chen and Nicole Zhang will compete for the Anteaters.

This is the final tournament before the Big West Championship Apr. 16-18 held at the Spanish Trail Country Club in Las Vegas, Nev.

IN THE CLUBHOUSE
Megan Yang finished fifth at the Fresno State Classic with a 54-hole score of three-over par 219 (71-74-74).

UC Irvine placed 12^th as a team (915-301-302-312).

M. Yang leads the squad with a 74.39 scoring average.

Freshman Kiana Briggs follows with a 77.05 scoring average over 21 rounds, while freshman Jasmine Chen follows with a 77.14 mark.
