IRVINE, Calif. -- The 10th annual Scott Brooks Golf Invitational, benefiting student-athlete scholarships at UC Irvine, will be held September 15.  

The tournament, which moves to the Monarch Beach Golf Links this year, begins with photo opportunities with Brooks prior to the 12:30 p.m. shotgun start.

A reception that includes a Q&A with Brooks, who is an assistant coach with the NBA's Portland Trailblazers, will follow golf.  

All proceeds from the tournament directly benefit UC Irvine's 18 NCAA Division I sport programs and 350+ student-athletes. Over the past nine years, the tournament has raised over three quarters of a million dollars for UCI
student-athlete scholarships and support.  

UCI student-athletes and coaches participate in the tournament every year, greeting players on every hole of the course as well as at the post-round reception.
