LA JOLLA, Calif. - Five Anteaters were in action at the Triton Invitational Saturday in La Jolla.
Senior
Asa Allen was fourth among collegians and sixth out of 33 overall competitors in the 110m hurdles. He clocked in at 14.60 seconds. Junior
Alan Tantiwassadakran was also 16th (15.38).
Junior
Evan Singletary established a season-best 10.89 in the 100m where he was 13th in a field of 69 runners. In his second race of the afternoon, Tantiwassadakran came in 31st with a season-best 11.26.

Andres Woodruff added a top-20 showing in the 400m, registering a season-best 49.88. Sophomore
Kyle Sandoval added a personal-record 52.09 to tie for 39th.
UC Irvine has a busy week ahead, starting with the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, April 17-19. The Anteaters will also head to Long Beach for the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate (April 18) and Beach Invitational (April 19-20). In addition, a handful of 'Eaters will make their way to Torrance for the Mt. SAC Relays, April 19-20.
