Las Cruces, NM – UC Irvine finished in 10
th at the New Mexico State Aggie Invitational at the NM State Golf Course Wednesday.

The Anteaters were led by sophomore
Sienna Lyford who moved up 10 spots on the final round and  finished tied for 19
th with a three day total 226 (78-74-74). It is her second top 20 finish of the season after placing tied for 10th at the Battle at Old Works.

Cameron Lee tied for 22
nd with a 54-hole total of 227 (78-77-72). The junior tied her low round of the season with an even par 72 on the final round.

Sophomore
Angela Bagasbas, playing in her first tournament of the season, tied for 57
th with a three-round score of 235 (78-80-77). Freshman
Gabby Gonzalez finished tied for 83rd with a score of 244 (81-79-84).
With only four players, UCI finished 10th with a score of 926 (310-310-306).

Host New Mexico State crushed the field with a three-under 861 (296-281-284). The Aggies had three players in the top 5, including medalist Amelia McKee (211-75-67-69).

Next, the Anteaters head to Nevada for the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown Oct 27-29.
