BOULDER CITY, Nevada -- UC Irvine is in 16^th place after the first round of the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown at the Boulder Creek Golf Course.

The Anteaters shot a first round of 318 and are led by junior Cameron Lee who is in 18^th position with a score of 76.

Sophomore Madison Riggs followed Lee with a score of 79 and is tied for 49^th place, while sophomore Sienna Lyford is tied for 69^th place with a score of 81.

Sophomore Angela Bagasbas is 76^th at 82 and freshman Olivia Canales 85^th at 84.

The University of San Francisco leads the 18-team field with a score of 296.

The tournament continues Monday and Tuesday with a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m. both days.
