IRVINE, Calif. – The UC Irvine women's volleyball team will scrimmage the Blizzard Volleyball Club on June 3 from 2:00-5:00 p.m. at the Blizzard Sports Center in Lake Forest.

The Anteaters take on a club team comprised of players who have played multiple professional seasons overseas.

Blizzard volleyball will compete in next year's Premier Volleyball League, a regional Indoor Pro League sanctioned by USA Volleyball. Current team members include Bre Mackie, a former beach national champion and indoor player at Long Beach State as well as Stacy Smith a former All-American middle from UC Santa Barbara.
