IRVINE, Calif. -- Women's volleyball player Loryn Carter has been honored as this week's Buffalo Wild Wings Anteater of the Week after her performances against UC Santa Barbara and North Texas.

The freshman opened the week recording a team-high 11 kills in a 3-0 win over UC Santa Barbara on the road. The outside hitter set a career-high with a.476 hitting percentage (11-1-21) in the final Big West Conference match of the season.  

In the season finale win over North Texas, she added nine kills, three digs and three total blocks.

The freshman finished the season third on the team in kills with a 2.00 per set average. She recorded five games with double digit kills.
