REDLANDS, Calif. --- Pablo Carballo scored a career-high four goals to lead eighth-ranked UC Irvine over Redlands, 14-3, in the Inland Empire Classic at Thompson Aquatic Center Saturday morning.

Antoine Lena, Jack Trush and Matt Skinner added two goals each for the 'Eaters, who improved to 3-0 on the season.

UCI, which scored the game's first four goals, outscored the Bulldogs, 8-0, in the second half.  The 'Eaters led 6-3 at halftime before Carballo scored back-to-back goals in the third quarter to launch UCI's second-half run.

Larson Pfeil, Lovre Milos, Miles Kalbus and Brendan Duffy added a goal apiece for the 'Eaters.
