EAGLE ROCK, Calif. --- Three members of the UC Irvine men's track and field team competed in the Oxy Invite at Occidental College Saturday.
Senior Mason Miller finished fifth in the shot put with a mark of 59-4 ¾ while Lawrence O'Hara was 11th at 49-5.
Miller placed 14th in the discus throw with a mark of 149-10 and O'Hara was 19th at 137-2.
Isaiah Thompson finished 23rd of 92 competitors in the 800 meters with a season-best time of 1:51.05.
UCI competes in the Big West Conference Championships Friday and Saturday at UC Riverside.
