AUSTIN, Texas --- UC Irvine sophomore Lloyd Sicard finished fifth in the final of the 110-meter hurdles at the Texas Relays Saturday as he takes aim at the UCI record in the event.

Sicard's time was 13.86 seconds, second-fastest in Anteater history and just .06 off the school record of 13.80 set by Stan Longino in 1983.
