Irvine, Calif. --- Kat Facey of women's tennis has earned this week's Buffalo Wild Wings Anteater of the Week honors.
The senior led UC Irvine to wins over Hawaii Pacific and 56th ranked Hawaii. During the week, she won two singles matches, both in straight sets. Along with her sister Ali, Kaci took both doubles matches, including a crucial win to help UCI upset Hawaii, 4-3.
On the year, Facey is undefeated in dual play with an 8-0 record.
The Anteaters have moved up and are now ranked 49th in the nation. They return home this week to host Eastern Michigan on Friday, February 27, at 1:30 p.m.
