ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. --- UC Irvine's 4x400 relay placed 12^th at the Don Kirby Elite and Open meet Saturday at the Albuquerque Convention Center.

The Anteater quartet of Kaulyn Lee-McNeill, Megan George, Tyra Jones and Simone Buchanan registered a time of 3:52.76.

Lauren Hall finished 15^th in the 800 meters with a time of 2:21.62.

In the 60-meter hurdles prelims, George placed 22^nd overall in 8.79, Paige Bushnell was 27^th in 8.98 and Jones 32^nd in 9.20

Persis William-Mensah finished 29^th overall in the 60-meter preliminaries with a time of 7.72.

UCI competes at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Indoor Championships in Seattle, Wash., Feb. 27-28.
