Stanford, Calif. – Sophomore Kaley In posted a career-best 69 on the first day of the Peg Barnard Invitational at the Stanford Golf Course.

In is tied for second place after shooting a two-under par 69, three shots behind leader Paige Lee of UC Davis (66).

UCI freshmen Kelsey Kawaguchi and Camille Wagg are tied for 46^th at 78, while Samantha Chan is tied for 53^rd (79) and junior Kristin Henno is 61^st (82).

As a team, UCI shot a 304 on the first 18 holes and are in 10^th place heading in to the final round tomorrow. UC Davis leads the 12-team field with a score of 283.
