IRVINE, Calif. --- The Anteaters made quick work of UC San Diego with a 7-0 victory Saturday afternoon at Anteater Tennis Stadium.

UCI (1-0) captured the doubles point thanks to the duo of Ali Facey and Kat Facey at No. 1 doubles.

Three straight-set victories clinched the match topped off by sophomore Mazy Watrous' 6-2, 6-2 sweep at No. 4 singles.

The 'Eaters travel to Los Angeles, Calif. next weekend for the ITA Kick-off Classic. First up will be No. 64 Kansas State followed by a match with either UCLA or Marshall
