Rancho Santa Fe, Calif. -- Freshman Kaley In fired an even par 72 Tuesday and leads UC Irvine at the San Diego State Farms Invitational.
In carded a 72 on the second round and is tied for 23rd with a two-day total of 148 (76-72). Senior Taryn Yee is tied for 63rd after shooting a 77 Tuesday and recording a score of 158 (81-77), while senior Ronnie Valerio is tied for 65th with a total of 159 (78-81). Senior Sara Banke is tied for 73rd with a score of 162 (78-84) and freshman Samantha Chan is 87th at 168 (87-81).
The Anteaters remained in 13th place with a 36-hole score of 624 after carding a 311 Tuesday, two shots better than the opening round. All five UCLA players are in the top 20 as the Bruins lead the tournament with a score of five-under par 571 (285-286).
The tournament concludes with 18 holes tomorrow at The Farms Golf Club.
