Rancho Santa Fe, Calif. -- UC Irvine shot a 313 on the first round of the San Diego State Farms Invitational at The Farms Golf Club.
The Anteaters are tied for 13th in the 17-team field with Idaho following the first 18 holes. UCLA was the only team who shot under par Monday, firing a 285.
UCI was led by freshman Kaley In who carded a 76 and is tied for 35th place. Seniors Ronnie Valerio and Sara Banke are tied for 46th at 78, while senior Taryn Yee is tied for 69th with an 81. Freshman Samantha Chan is tied for 87th after shooting an 87.
Yee will tee-off first for the Anteaters beginning at 8:45 a.m. tomorrow.
