STANFORD, Calif. --- UC Irvine concluded its 2014 season at the NCAA West Regional Friday with Kaycee Holcomb leading the way once again.
She was UCI's top runner for the fifth time this season, finishing 130th with a time of 22:30.6 over 6,000 meters at the Stanford Golf Course.
Alice Yang placed 176th (23:15.2, Lauren Hall 201st (23:46.3), Chelsea Schneider 203rd (23:52.2) and Pearl Law 214th (24:20.2).
Arizona State's Shelby Houlihan was the individual champion with a time of 19:31.6.
Oregon won the team title with 88 points, Boise State was second with 103 and Stanford third, also with 103. UCI finished 32nd with 894 points.
