Anteaters Remain In 15th Place At Betsy Rawls Longhorn Invitational

Results

Austin, Texas -- UC Irvine remained in 15th place after the second day of action at the Betsy Rawls Longhorn Invitational held at the University of Texas Golf Club.

The team joined the rest of the tournament field in a "Pink Out", wearing pink uniforms to support Breast Cancer Awareness.

In windy conditions, the Anteaters stayed in 15th position with a two-round total of 662 (318-344). UNLV continued to lead the tournament with a score of 598, while Baylor and SMU follow at 599.

Sophomore Kaley In leads UCI with a score of 155 (71-84), which is tied for 30th place. Freshman Joo Youn Seo is tied for 68th at 166 (81-85), junior Kristin Henno is 77th with a score of 173 (85-88), sophomore Samantha Chan is 78th at 174 (81-93) and freshman Kelsey Kawaguchi is 79th at 176 (89-87).

The tournament concludes with 18 holes tomorrow.
