WALNUT, Calif. --- Alex Tebbe led UC Irvine Friday at the 55th Mt. SAC Relays in Walnut.
Tebbe's time of 14:38.56 in the 5,000 meters placed him 15th of 34 runners. Rex Nelson finished 26th in 15:02.17.
Mike Kennedy ran a time of 10.94 in the 100 meters to rank 44th of 60 total competitors in the event at Hilmer Lodge Stadium.
The Anteaters compete in the Beach Invitational Saturday, hosted by Long Beach State at Cerritos College.
