SAN DIEGO, Calif. --- Mike Kennedy led UC Irvine at the rain-shortened Aztec Track & Field Invitational in San Diego Saturday.
Kennedy placed fifth in the long jump with a mark of 21-10 ¾ and teammate Alvin Cheng was seventh at 21-3 ½.
Trevor Wightman finished 10th in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.57.
Trevor Lawrence was 18th in the hammer throw Friday with a mark of 125-1.
UCI hosts the Spring Break Invitational Friday and Saturday at Anteater Stadium.
