Placed 48th at the Big West Conference Championships, running 24:08.7. Ran a career-best time of 22:14.9 over 6,000 meters at the UC Riverside Invitational. Also ran a season-best times of 19:07.8 over 5,000 meters at the Highlander Invitational and 16:29.5 over 4,000 meters to place 15th at the Pepperdine Invitational. She was consistently in the ‘Eaters top-seven throughout the season.
Placed 63rd at the Big West Conference Championships, running a time of 23:44.7 over 6,000 meters. Also ran a season-best time of 19:04.5 over 5,000 meters to place 38th at the UCR Highlander Invitational. She also competed in the Stanford Invitational, UC Irvine Invitational, and Mustang Challenge, where she ran 19:21.4. Was named to the Big West Conference All-Academic team for fall sports.
Placed 60th at the Big West Conference Championships with a time of 23:41. Also finished 56th at the UC Irvine Invitational (20:30), 39th at the Vanguard Invitational (19:22), and 40th at the Highlander Invitational (18:56). Earned Big West Fall All-Academic Honors.
Placed 43rd at the Big West Conference Championships with a time of 24:24. Also finished 35th at the UC Irvine Invitational (19:50), 29th at the Mustang Challenge (19:24), and 38th at the Highlander Invitational (18:45).

Graduated in 2013 and competed in cross country and track, earning three varsity letters in each. Placed 3rd in the Pacific Valley League Conference in the 1600m and the 800m. Her team won the Pacific League Championships in 2010. Team placed 6th in the CIF Southern Section Finals and 9th at the CIF Cross Country State Championships. Student athlete award winner from 2010-2013.


Major is nursing science. Parents are Lisa Kodama and David Ruby. Has one sibling, Josh. She is part of the campus-wide honors program at UCI.
