Thank you for your interest in UC Irvine Athletics! The UCI Athletic Department receives a high volume of donation requests from various organizations each year and makes every attempt to fulfill as many requests as possible. The following guidelines help to ensure donations are given in accordance with NCAA regulations and departmental guidelines.
Organization Criteria:
An organization will only be considered if it meets the following criteria:
- Non-profit 501(c)(3), charitable, and or educational organization
- Donations can only be awarded to an organization once per year.
- According to NCAA regulations, donations cannot be given in order to provide or arrange financial assistance directly or indirectly, for prospective student-athletes (defined as any student in grades 9-12).
Donation Guidelines:
Request must be received at least four weeks prior to the date of your event to be considered.
The Donation Request Form must be completed in its entirety before submission for consideration.
All donation requests are subject to review by UCI Athletics for NCAA compliance purposes. A submitted request does not guarantee UCI Athletics will be able to fulfill your request. If you’re having trouble submitting this form or have additional questions, please contact
