Youth Camp Discounts/Promotions

• JR. ANTEATER MEMBERSHIP: Under this discount, campers can receive 10% off per camp session for full day camps and clinics. All Jr. Anteater registrations will be appropriately verified by our Camps Staff prior to the camp start day.
   
• UCI FACULTY/STAFF including UCI MEDICAL STAFF can receive 10% off per full day camp session.   All faculty/staff registrations will be appropriately verified by our Camps Staff prior to the camp start day. The discount will be visible when you click the link to register, and "find tickets" for the desired camp..

• UCI ALUMNI ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT: To qualify for this discount, the ACCOUNT HOLDER must be a part of the UCI ALUMNI ASSOCIATION. Under this discount, enrolled alumni can receive 10% off per session for full day youth  camps and clinics. Membership will be verified before the start of camp. The discount will be visible when you click the link to register, and "find tickets" for the desired camp.

(No discounts will be applied if camps have been paid in full. No combination of any special discounts can be applied)

Refund Policy
There is a 10% cancellation fee for ALL cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the first day of camp. If cancellation for any reason including medical is made within two weeks of the start of camp, there is a 25% cancellation fee. All cancellation requests must be made in writing by 5pm on the day before the start of camp. No refunds will be issued for cancellation after this time. Any requests to transfer must be done within the SAME CAMP SEASON (June-August) with the request made one week prior to the start of camp.

THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT ANY REFUND/TRANSFER REQUESTS WILL BE APPROVED.

Health Care & Insurance
Each camper must provide their own insurance. Parents or guardians will be billed for any medical care given at the UCI Medical Center or at hospital facilities. Athletic trainers are on duty to administer First Aid for minor injuries or sickness. Camp medical staff is not responsible for administering prescribed medication.
