IRVINE, Calif. -- UC Irvine Athletics is once again partnering with the UC Irvine Police Department in its annual Toy Drive.

There are several ways in which fans can donate this holiday season.

Fans attending the men's basketball game on Dec. 2 against Nevada can participate in the inaugural "Toy Toss".  Fans are encouraged to bring new, plush donation items to their seats and when instructed at halftime will be invited to throw their items onto the court in a synchronized and celebratory fashion. 

Fans can also donate an Anteater here. 

The UCI Bookstore is offering a 25% discount on all plush Anteaters from Nov 27-Dec. 2. 

Additionally, new, unwrapped toys can be placed in the collection bins stationed around campus and at the Bren Events Center at the women's basketball game on Nov. 30.  

All toys collected this holiday season will be donated to children receiving care at UC Irvine Health and other Orange County organizations. UCI student-athletes will join UCI PD to deliver toys on Dec 14.
